Our admissions team is here to guide you through every step of the application process, from choosing the right programme and checking your eligibility to submitting your application and preparing for your student visa. Simply select your course, complete the online application, and provide the required supporting documents.
Once your application has been assessed and accepted, we'll help you through the enrolment process so you can begin your journey with confidence.
Application completed
Please complete the application form for your programme(s) of interest.
Please complete ALL sections of the form, attach the required verified documentation and sign and date the declaration at the end. Our Admissions Team will review your application and supporting documents. If any additional information or documents are required, we will contact you during the assessment process.
Receive your Letter of Offer
Once your application has been assessed and you have met the entry requirements, your Letter of Offer will be issued within two business days. At the same time, you will receive an email inviting you to register for your Student Portal.
Sign Offer
Please complete your Student Portal registration and review and sign your Letter of Offer through the portal.
Make Your Initial Payment
After we receive your signed Letter of Offer, please make your initial payment (as outlined in your Letter of Offer) to the nominated bank account (shown in the offer letter). When making the payment, please include your full name as the payment reference.
Once the payment has been made, please reply to the email with a screenshot or receipt of your payment for our records.
Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
Once your payment has been confirmed, your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued. Take this Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) to Immigration NZ to obtain your student visa approval.

- Evidence of English proficiency (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)
- Completion of high school certificate or work experience
- Valid student visa
- Health and travel insurance
- All learners must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR‑Q) at enrolment. Where any risk factor is identified, a medical clearance is required before participating in practical components. This requirement applies equally to classroom and distance learners to ensure fairness and safety.

Visas, permits, and immigration.
All International students must hold a valid student visa for the duration of their studies.

Medical and Travel Insurance
All International students MUST have appropriate and current medical and travel insurance while in New Zealand. Your insurance must cover you from the beginning of your studies until at least the expiry date of your student visa.
